Historic Sites of Manitoba: Winchester Apartments B (764 Wolseley Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Wolseley Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 33 feet by 37 feet, was designed and built in 1914 by architect Peter Cornelius Samwell at a cost of about $24,000. The building contained three apartments in its original configuration. An adjoining block was built at the same time.
