This three-storey brick block on Atlantic Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 94 feet by 63 feet, was designed by civil engineer Herman Saltzman and built in 1914 by owner Joseph Vogel at a cost of about $45,000. The building contained 21 apartments in its original configuration. Later renamed the Park Avenue Apartments, the building appeared to be under renovation at the time of a 2020 site visit.
