This one-storey brick building on Selkirk Avenue in Winnipeg was built around 1921 as a commercial building with two retail spaces. In 1948, the building was renovated to house the Ukrainian Canadian Veterans Branch No. 141 which opened officially on 10 September 1948.
Occupied by the Legion until the 1970s when they built a new building to the west, at the time of a 2024 site visit, the original building was occupied by a church but was unrecognizable from its earlier appearance.
