Historic Sites of Manitoba: Stockton Apartments (642 Sherbrook Street, Winnipeg)

This inconspicuous two-storey brick block on Sherbrook Street in Winnipeg, measuring 22 feet by 56 feet, was built behind a street-facing, two-storey residence in 1929 by the construction firm of Bernards Limited at a cost of about $8,000. The structure contained six apartments in its original configuration.
