This museum is situated at St. Leon in the Municipality of Lorne. Among its exhibits is the former Theobald School building. It is open during the summer on Sundays from noon to 4:00 PM, and Mondays to Fridays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and year-round on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Admission is $4 for adults and $2 for children 6 and under. Contact the museum at 204-242-4374 or cistleon@gmail.com.
Also at the site is a shelter with a stone hearth commemorating the legacy of a gathering on 1-3 August 2003 of the descendants of the four Labossiere pioneer families in St. Leon: Edouard and Edmire, Joseph and Adeline, Gedeon and Adelaide, and Alexis and Exilda.
