Known as the Calder School District when it was established in August 1921, it was renamed Reinfeld School in March 1957. A one-room schoolhouse operated at Reinfeld (NW36-2-4W) in the Rural Municipality of Stanley. A two-classroom building replaced it in the 1930s. After the district was dissolved, its catchment area became part of the Stanley School Division. The former school building was converted into a community centre.
