A one-storey brick building at the southeast corner of Sargent Avenue and Agnes Street in Winnipeg, measuring 30 feet by 60 feet, was built in 1932 at a cost of about $4,500. It was a service station for the Radio Oil Refineries Limited. In its original configuration, the station had two service bays and two gasoline pumps.
Later, it operated successively under the names of Mid West Service Station and Sargent Motors Service Station. At the time of a 2024 site visit, the building was relatively unmodified from its original appearance but was being used only as a garage.
