Historic Sites of Manitoba: Queen’s Court Hotel (233 Regent Avenue West, Winnipeg)

Formerly located at the northeast corner of Regent Avenue West and Winona Street, in the Transcona area of Winnipeg, a three-storey wood frame building was built in 1909 as the Queen’s Court Hotel for hotelier Thomas Envoy. In 1912, the hotel was enlarged its 60 rooms were modernized. Further renovations occurred in 1931.
