Historic Sites of Manitoba: Neil Apartments (573 Warsaw Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Warsaw Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 37 feet by 97 feet, was designed by local architect Peter Cornelius Samwell and constructed in 1912 by owners George Rae Neil and William Grassie. The structure contained 11 apartments in its original configuration.
