Historic Sites of Manitoba: Kenwood Apartments (689 Maryland Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick building on Maryland Street in Winnipeg, measuring 112 feet by 30 feet, was designed by architect Edgar Prain and built in 1913 for owner J. J. Swanson at a cost of about $35,000. The structure had 11 apartments in its original configuration. The site is now a vacant lot.
