This two-storey wood frame house on Alfred Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 20 feet by 28 feet, was designed by local architect Max Zev Blankstein and built in 1913 by owner/carpenter Peter Jankovski (?-?) at a cost of about $2,500.
At the time of a 2024 site visit, the house appeared relatively unmodified from its original configuration.
