This four-storey brick warehouse building on Main Street in Winnipeg was built in 1904. For many decades, it was the local headquarters of the International Harvester Company, with offices and a showroom on the main floor and storage on the upper levels. The company vacated the building in the mid-1940s, being replaced by the Walter Woods wholesale hardware firm until the early 1980s. It was occupied by several companies until 2002 when the building was purchased by the Winnipeg Centre Vineyard Church. The interior of the first floor was renovated for use as a church with residential apartments on the second and third floors. At the time of a 2017 site visit, the fourth floor was vacant.
