This three-storey steel-reinforced concrete building, at the northeast corner of Broadway and Edmonton Street in Winnipeg, was designed by the local architectural firm of Waisman Ross and Associates. It opened in May 1961 as the Manitoba sales office of Imperial Oil Limited. The firm remained here until 1981.
