This one-storey building on Dennis Street in Gladstone was erected in 1947 to house local circuitry for the Manitoba Telephone System. It was used until 1975 when a replacement opened at the corner of Saskatchewan Avenue and James Street. The building was in use as an insurance office at the time of a 2019 site visit.
