Historic Sites of Manitoba: Gladstone Block (436 Balmoral Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Balmoral Street in Winnipeg was built in 1928 by the firm of Thomas Jackson and Sons at a cost of about $100,000. The 111 foot by 60 foot building contained 36 apartments in its original configuration.
