Historic Sites of Manitoba: Fensala Court (277-279 Arbuthnot Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and stone block on Arbuthnot Street at the northeast corner of its intersection with Jessie Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 90 feet by 46 feet, was designed by local architect Edmund Walter Crayston and built in 1912 by Hannes Pétursson. It contained 20 apartments in its original configuration. It contains 21 apartments today.
