Formerly located on Morley Avenue in Winnipeg, a two-storey wood frame house, measuring 20 feet by 28 feet, was designed by local architect Max Zev Blankstein and built in 1912 by owners/contractor Abraham Cohen and Abraham Meyerowitz at a cost of about $2,500. They sold it to carpenter Alex Dunn.
The house was demolished in 2016 and the site is now occupied by a new house.
