Historic Sites of Manitoba: Crabtree House (60 Polson Avenue, Winnipeg)

This two-storey wood frame house on Polson Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 24 feet by 26 feet, was designed by local architect Max Zev Blankstein and built in 1910 by owner/contractor Joseph Vogel at a cost of about $2,000. He sold it to contractor Henry J. Crabtree.
