This one-storey brick building on Selkirk Avenue in Winnipeg, was built in 1953 for radio and television store owner John Chester (1909-1987), before which he had a shop in the Budnik Block as of 1948. Chester occupied the building until 1979 when he moved the business to the back of 570 Pritchard Avenue. At the time of a 2024 site visit, this building was vacant.
