Located along Wilkes Avenue in the Charleswood suburb of Winnipeg, a plaque was unveiled in 2004 to commemorate the builders (and financial backers) of an outdoor recreation complex known as Charleswood Place: Province of Manitoba, City of Winnipeg, Grant Norman, Garth Manness, Winston Smith, Levandowskis, Roland Tokar, Al Sharpe, Scott Duncan, and Dick Spitzke.
