Formerly located on Robinson Street in Winnipeg, this two-storey wood frame and stone duplex residence, measuring 28 feet by 28 feet, was designed by local architect Max Zev Blankstein and built in 1907 by contractor Nathan Bernstein for owner Bernard Cantor at a cost of about $2,500. The building was demolished sometime after 1956 in conjunction with the Lord Selkirk Park housing development, the building, along with surrounding buildings are now part of the Lord Selkirk Park housing development.
