This two-storey, amber brick building on Assiniboine Avenue in Brandon, on the north side of the Canadian Pacific Railway tracks, was constructed between 1907 and 1908 by local contractor John Forbes as a bottling plant for the Brandon Brewing Company. At one time served by a spur line on its south side, with large doors for moving beer between the building and adjacent railway cars, it was later used for the storage of beer until 1974. Its present uses, if any, are unknown.
