This one-storey dark red brick building at the southeast corner of Selkirk Avenue and Sinclair Street in Winnipeg, measuring 26 feet by 46 feet, was built in 1926 for proprietor Joseph Peters as a bottling plant and warehouse for his Arctic Drink Company at a cost of about $2,500 for the building and another $2,500 for the bottling equipment.
