Historic Sites of Manitoba: Alfholl Court (421 Maryland Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and stone apartment block on Maryland Street was designed and built in 1910 by owner Hannes Pétursson at a cost of $28,000. The 58 foot by 50 foot building contained 14 apartments in its original configuration.
