A two-storey brick and stucco duplex at this site on Aberdeen Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 32.6 feet by 42 feet, was designed by local architect/owner David A. Abramovitch and built in 1915 by day labour at a cost of about $4,000. It contained two residential suites.
At the time of a 2022 site visit, the building was in relatively good shape, but by early July 2025 it was boarded up and vacant. On 15 July 2025, it was destroyed by a suspected arson fire.
