Historian.
Andrea Smorang has a BA degree from Brandon University and is currently completing an MA at the University of Manitoba. Her thesis explores the cultural role of the Nonsuch Gallery at the Manitoba Museum in relation to identity and tourism in Winnipeg. She was the 2016 recipient of the Outstanding Seminar Paper award for her work examining how the HIV/AIDS crisis in Canada was covered by CBC News.
