Historic Sites of Manitoba: The Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada (2088 Wellington Avenue, Winnipeg)

This museum, which opened in 1974, is situated on the grounds of the Richardson International Airport in Winnipeg. Previously known as the Western Canada Aviation Museum, in late 2014, Queen Elizabeth II granted permission for it to use the term “Royal” in its name. It opened at a new location in May 2022.
