Historic Sites of Manitoba: Waugh House (588 River Avenue, Winnipeg)

This two-storey brick residence on River Avenue in Winnipeg was constructed in 1913 for businessman John Calder Waugh. A later occupant was civil servant John Charles Murray Ligertwood. In later years, the building was converted into apartments. It is slated for demolition in April 2025.
