Historic Sites of Manitoba: Concrete Arch Bridge No. 563 (Gopher Creek, RM of Wallace-Woodworth)

A concrete arch bridge over Gopher Creek, south of Virden in the Rural Municipality of Wallace-Woodworth, was constructed in 1920 by contractor William Thomas Manser, using Plan 563, at a cost of $6,246. It had been demolished and replaced by a modern steel and concrete bridge at the time of a 2022 site visit.
