Formerly located at the intersection of St. Mary’s Road and St. Anne’s Road in St. Vital (now Winnipeg) was built around 1925 as a service station for proprietor Charles L. Betts. The building originally had two service bays, one on ether side at the rear and two gasoline pumps that sold Imperial Oil brand gasoline.
