Historic Sites of Manitoba: Stuart Court (52 Fawcett Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and stone apartment block on Fawcett Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 45 feet by 72 feet, was designed and built in 1912 by the Winnipeg Construction Company at a cost of about $35,000. It contained 14 apartments in its original configuration.
