A two-storey wood frame, Vernacular Commercial-style building was at the northeast corner of Broadway and Sherbrook Street in Winnipeg. Measuring 22 feet by 46 feet, it was built in 1902 by contractor Archibald Macdonald, at a cost of about $3,500, for owner Irwin Arnold Snider (1876-1957). In its original configuation, the building contained a single retail space on the main floor (occupied by Snider's drug store) while the second floor contained a single residential apartment.
The building has since has been demolished and the site is now occupied in part by a street realignment and a surface parking lot.
