Historic Sites of Manitoba: Sir Donald A. Smith Plaque (Portage Avenue, Winnipeg)

Embedded in the sidewalk at the southeast corner of Portage Avenue and Donald Street in Winnipeg, this plaque commemorates Canadian businessman and prominent citizen Sir Donald A. Smith, who is commemorated by the names of four city streets: Smith, Donald, Mount Royal, and Strathcona.
