This 1½-storey wood frame and stucco house on Alfred Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 22 feet by 28 feet, was built in 1937 by contractor Walter Senicki at a cost of about $2,000. Its owner was Creslaw Slugoski, an employee of the Canadian Pacific Railway.
At the time of a 2026 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
