Historic Sites of Manitoba: Premier Life Building / Citadel Life Building / Shawano Wapunong Building (360 Broadway, Winnipeg)

This six-storey, steel-reinforced concrete building at the southwest corner of Broadway at Carlton Street in Winnipeg was designed by the architectural firm of Waisman Ross and Associates. It was constructed in 1962 by the G. A. Baert Construction Company. Originally the headquarters for the Canadian Premier Life Insurance Company, it became known as the Citadel Life Insurance Company in the late 1970s.
