Historic Sites of Manitoba: Oakland Apartments (911 Westminster Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Westminster Avenue in Winnipeg was built in 1928 by contractor William Alfred Clark at a cost of about $25,000. The 84 foot by 30 foot building contained nine apartments in its original configuration.
