This 2½-storey wood frame, wood plank and half rounded shingle siding, Queen Anne Revival-style house was on Hargrave Street in Winnipeg. Measuring 22 feet by 32 feet, it was built in 1902 by owner/contractor Archibald Macdonald at a cost of about $2,250. He sold it to Robert R. Guy, a shipping clerk at the wholesale paints, oils, and varnishes firm of G. F. Stephens and Company, Limited.
The house was demolished in 1952 and the site is now occupied by a surface parking lot.
