This 1¾-storey light brown and dark red brick, Tyndall stone trimmed, and half timbered and stucco, Tudor Revival-style house is at the northeast corner of Inkster Boulevard and Salter Street in Winnipeg. Measuring 26 feet by 28 feet, it was built in 1940 at a cost of about $6,100 for owner Frantiszek “Frank” Dojacek. He was the President and General Manager of National Publishers Limited, as well as the manager of the Winnipeg Musical Supply.
At the time of a 2026 site visit, the house was relatively unmodified from its original appearance.
