Historic Sites of Manitoba: Dawson Court (432 Furby Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick apartment block on Furby Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect Pall Melsted “Paul” Clemens and constructed in 1910 by contractor Jon Tryggvi Bergman at a cost of $35,000. The 74 by 42 foot building contained 14 apartments.

Formerly a municipally-designated historic building, it was de-designated in 2010.
