Historic Sites of Manitoba: Codville Warehouse (Pacific Avenue, Brandon)

Formerly located at the southeast corner of Pacific Avenue and Eleventh Street in Brandon, a two-storey brick building here was designed by Winnipeg architect William Fingland. It built in 1910 as a warehouse and office, at a cost of about $25,000, for the whole grocery firm of Codville and Company. The building has been demolished and the site is now occupied by a surface parking lot.
