Historic Sites of Manitoba: Carruthers Building (124 King Street, Winnipeg)

This two-storey brick and stone building on King Street in Winnipeg was designed by local architect James Chisholm and built in 1916 for hide and wool firm of Andrew Carruthers Company. In November 2018, it became a municipally-designed historic building.
