Historic Sites of Manitoba: Yale Apartments (209 Colony Street, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Colony Street in Winnipeg was designed and built in 1929 by James Alexander Matthews at a cost of about $100,000. The 70 foot by 99 foot structure contained 31 apartments in its original configuration.
