Historic Sites of Manitoba: Winston Apartments (914 Grosvenor Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Grosvenor Avenue in the Crescentwood area of Winnipeg, measuring 100 feet by 43 feet, was designed by architect Alfred Benjamin Scarlett and constructed in 1913 at a cost of about $65,000. The building contained 14 apartments in its original configuration. It has 15 apartments today.
