Historic Sites of Manitoba: Winona Court (174 Nassau Street North, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick apartment block on Nassau Street North in Winnipeg, measuring 47 feet by 60 feet, was designed by local architect Pall Melsted “Paul” Clemens and constructed in 1909 by builder William Brown for owner William G. Willoughby at a cost of about $18,000. In its original configuration, the building contained eight apartments.
