Historic Sites of Manitoba: The Royal Canadian Mint Winnipeg (520 Lagimodiere Boulevard, Winnipeg)
The Winnipeg Mint was established in 1976, moving the manufacturing of Canadian coins from Ottawa to Winnipeg. The Winnipeg Mint manufactures all Canadian coins, as well as the coin currencies of many other nations world-wide, shown by flags outside the building.
