Historic Sites of Manitoba: Westmoreland Apartments (768-770 Preston Avenue, Winnipeg)This three-storey brick block at the corner of Preston Avenue and Chestnut Street in Winnipeg, measuring 37 feet by 93 feet, was designed by local architects Walter Percy Over and Lewis H. Jordan, and constructed in 1914 by day labour at a cost of about $37,000 for owner A. S. Knight. The building contained 15 apartments in its original configuration.
