Historic Sites of Manitoba: Wells House (120 Lamont Boulevard, Winnipeg)

This house in the Tuxedo area of Winnipeg was built in 1929 by Sparrow Brothers for Fred B. Wells, a manager with the National Elevator Company. The second owner was James L. Morton. His company manufactured work clothing sold to hospitals and nursing homes.
