Historic Sites of Manitoba: Wauneta Apartments (534 Wardlaw Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick and stone apartment block on Wardlaw Avenue in Winnipeg, measuring 50 feet by 64 feet, was designed by owner William G. Willoughby and constructed between 1912 and 1913 by the firm of Pattinson and Eilbeck at a cost of $30,000. It contained 17 apartments.
