Historic Sites of Manitoba: Virginian Block (980-984 Wolseley Avenue, Winnipeg)

This three-storey brick block on Wolseley Avenue at the southeast corner with Lipton Street in Winnipeg, measuring 36 feet by 93 feet, was designed and built in 1914 by the Pioneer Construction Company at a cost of about $40,000. The building contained 15 apartments in its original configuration.
