Historic Sites of Manitoba: Valley Village School No. 2126 (Valley River, RM of Dauphin)The Valley Village School District was established in May 1925 and a one-classroom brick schoolhouse was constructed in Valley River in the Rural Municipality of Dauphin. The district was dissolved in 1967. Among the teachers of Valley Village School were Morislaw Karpiak (1954-1956) and Sylvester Syrnyk (1956-1958).
